The 40 square meter apartment is located in Trastevere at the foot of the Janiculum hill. Situated on the ground floor of a 19th century building, the flat overlooks quiet cul de sac and is virtually undisturbed by traffic. The apartment is composed of a single high-ceilinged room with an elegant wooden balcony section, used as night area and furnished with a double bed. The living area is on the ground floor and is furnished with a double sofa bed and a dining table. From the living area it is possible to access the bathroom (with shower cubicle) and a separate kitchen which is small but functional. The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob and a fridge.
