This newly refurbished 85 square metre apartment is in an ideal location, Via Governo Vecchio, one of Rome's most prestigious streets. This tasteful Rome apartment is on the first floor of an ancient building, set back from the main street. This ancient street is lined with interesting boutiques, outdoor cafes, restaurants, and is right behind Piazza Navona. A small well maintained foyer leads into the living room, which still has the original beamed ceilings, and stone floors, that have been carefully maintained. In order to preserve the true character of the era the apartment was built. The windows overlook a typical narrow and characteristically Roman cobblestoned street. The spacious living room is decorated in both antique and modern furniture. The double sofa converts into a bed for two. The fully equipped kitchen is directly off the living area and has everything needed to prepare full meals, a breakfast table and chairs for four people is also provided. The separate double bedroom has a queens sized bed and a spacious built in wardrobe. The modern bathroom directly opposite the bedroom has a WC, bidet and shower.
