Sleeping up to 5 people, the apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant recently–restructured turn-of-the-century palazzo overlooking a quiet side street in the heart of Trastevere. Inside the flat, a small entrance hall leads to a sitting room with a dining table and double sofa bed (cm 140X190). Alongside the sitting room there is a small kitchen, while a bathroom with shower flanks the entrance. The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom with a second ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a single sofa bed in the room should it be necessary to sleep a fifth person. The apartment is lined with English oak parquet flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with all equipment and utensils including fridge-freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave oven, crockery and kitchen ware. The apartment is served by autonomous air conditioning and central heating systems. Bed and bath linen are supplied.
