Situated on the first floor, the apartment is composed of a large sitting room fitted with a kitchenette, a round dining table and a double sofa bed (cm 160x190). The kitchenette is fully equipped and fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, oven and microwave. Through the kitchenette it is possible to access one of the apartment’s two bathrooms. The first double bedroom, furnished with antique fittings, is fitted with air conditioning and has an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. A third person may sleep in this room on a comfortable single sofa bed. In the library area next to the sitting room which leads to the second double bedroom, an elegant sommier sleeps another person. The second double bedroom is a bright room with wonderful views over the picturesque Via del Governo Vecchio. The characteristic ceilings with wooden beams and the honey colored parquet floor which feature throughout the flat give the apartment a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment can sleep up to 8 people and is fitted with television, washing machine, dishwasher, electric fans (and air conditioning in one bedroom). Bed and bath linen are supplied.
