Modern and elegantly furnished, the recently restored apartment is located on the third floor (no lift) of a delightfully quiet palazzo. On entering the flat, there is a large sitting room with fully equipped kitchenette and comfortable double sofa bed (160X190 cm) in which it is possible for two people to sleep, as well as a dining table, an LCD television and unlimited Internet access. The two bedrooms can sleep up to five people (one double and one single bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other), while both bathrooms (one of which also has a washing machine and tumble dryer) are fitted with showers. A small terrace overlooking the surrounding buildings is furnished with a breakfast table and two chairs. The floor of the flat is entirely lined with terrazzo tiling and the high quality furnishings have been chosen to ensure the utmost comfort. The autonomous heating system means guests can regulate the temperature of the flat independently, while a constant supply of hot water is provided by the boiler.
