The apartment is on the second floor of a restored and elegant building with elevator dating from the early 1900 s. It is made up of a dining room furnished with table and chairs, 1 double bedroom with king size bed, 2 twin rooms, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. An additional convertible bed can be provided for a 7th guest. A telephone for incoming calls and outgoing calls to landlines is available. Upon request, we can provide a High Speed Internet WI-FI access and a Satellite TV (with Sky decoder). A breathtaking view of the Colosseum can be enjoyed from the balcony of the master bedroom! It s position is enviable: 300 metres from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum and from the beautiful Colle Oppio park; and from here you can easily reach the other areas of the historical centre on foot or, as an alternative, by bus and tram that conveniently stop in front of our building, buses n. 87, 850 and 117 to go in a few minutes to Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona and the main shopping streets of Rome, or if you prefer, by Metro at the nearby stops of Manzoni (line A) or Colosseo (line B).
By the apartment you will find an incredible choice of restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, supermarkets and a second hand market. We will give you some papers with useful suggestions on the best restaurants at a reasonable price. The area is also well served by bars, banks, post offices. You can also easily find bikes, scooters or cars for rent. In case you arrive by car, close to the apartment there is a guarded garage (fee is charged).
