 How to reach apartment B171 (located in Piazza Tavani Arquati)

From “Fiumicino” Rome Airport

take the city train to Stazione Trastevere, from where you you can either take a taxi to the apartment, or Tram No. 8, up to the adjacent Sonnino Square with a 10 minutes run. The apartments are located in Piazza Tavani Arquati, just behind Sonnino Square. The trip by train + taxi or tram takes about 1 hour.
From the airport Taxi service: upon request a driver will pick you up at the airports of Fiumicino or Ciampino enlarge and drive you to your apartment. The cost for this service is of 47 Euro (up to 4 people). You can request the service by sending us an e-mail including your flight details.

take the CO.TRA.L bus near the Bus Arrivals to the “Anagnina” underground station, from which you should then take the underground to Roma Termini station. From here you can take a taxi up to the apartment or the bus n° 64 up to Largo Argentina and from there the streetcar n° 8 up to the close Sonnino Square (only two stops from Largo Argentina, just after the river Tiber crossing). The apartments are located in Piazza Tavani Arquati, behind Sonnino Square. The trip by bus takes about 1 hour and ½ from the airport.
From “Termini” Rome Central Station

From Termini Station you can take a taxi up to the apartment or the bus n° 64 up to Largo Argentina and from there the streetcar n° 8 up to the close Sonnino Square (only two stops from Largo Argentina, just after the river Tiber crossing). The apartments are located in Piazza Tavani Arquati, behind Sonnino Square. Taxi ride takes around 20 minutes, 30 minutes by bus plus streetcar.

Tavani Arquati square is located a few yards from Garibaldi bridge and from the Tiberina Isle and from there, with five minutes walk, you can reach Farnese Square, Campo de’ Fiori, the Jewish Ghetto, the Campidoglio and Navona Square. The area is perfectly served by public transport like buses and the recently realised high technological level electric streetcar that allows to reach Argentina Square in few minutes and from there any other part of Rome historical centre. The Trastevere District is characterised by the lively night-life. Its medieval small roads in which you can breath the authentic popular mood exalted by poets like Belli and Trilussa, contain restaurants, cafes, and piano bar, but also owns plenty of high artistic value monuments like the churches of Santa Maria in Trastevere endowed with the most important medieval mosaics of Rome, Santa Cecilia, San Crisogono, the ancient San Cosimato hospital with its Claustrum besides the principles palaces Corsini, the Farnesina with the Raffaello paintings, the botanical garden, the several libraries and art galleries.
